FAQs:

How far in advance should I reserve the equipment I need for my event?

We typically accept reservations as long as there is availability.  You should consider at least three or 6 months in advance of your event date.

I am ready to make a reservation. How do I go about placing my order?

When you are ready to book your event ,Email Us and One of our team members will check date availability, secure a deposit and delivery

instructions, and any other questions or concerns that you may have.

How long is the rental period?

Unlike other vendors our time frame is broad. we are available for the celebration part of your event up until 30 min before it ends. 

Is a deposit required?

A deposit is required to confirm reservation. the Deposit Must be made in cash or certified funds to lock in your date.

The remaining Balance is due 24 hours before day of event.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement?

Yes, all customers are required and  will be sent a rental contract that will document the terms and conditions of our services. This document must be signed and returned with a deposit to confirm reservation.

Is a backdrop Included?

Depending on the package you have chosen a back drop may be included.  
*Premium and Custom Backdrop are also available at an additional rate.

Are Props Included?

Depending on which package you choose. Props May be included.

Can I make changes to my order without being penalized?

Absolutely, we recognize that guest counts are likely to fluctuate as the event date approaches. We encourage you to make a best guess estimate when placing the original reservation and make adjustments as you become aware they’re needed. Final changes can be made up 7 business days prior to your delivery date. If it is within one business day of the event date a 15% surcharge will be charged at full price.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?

Due to the high demand for equipment, you may cancel any time up to 5 Days prior to event date however your deposit will be forfeited 

rescheduling will require an additional deposit to secure a future date, However there are instances this condition may be waived
 

What is the charge for delivery?

Delivery fee applies if the event location is more than 50 miles from site. If we must drive more than 50 miles a $49 surcharge is added.

Do you offer customer pick-up?

Due to the value of our equipment we do not offer client pick up.

Is there a set up fee?

Set up fee is included with the base price 

What happens if we damage a piece of rental equipment while it is in our possession?

Security of the rental equipment is your responsibility. Equipment must be protected from theft and weather related damage during your event

Otherwise, you will be charged the replacement cost of the damaged item (the cost will range between $1000-$1500 depending on damage)
